Data displayed on this platform does not constitute legal conclusions, fault determinations, safety ratings, negligence findings, unsafe-hiring opinions, operational-fitness determinations, or any other legally operative statement about any indexed entity or carrier.
No fitness or rating opinions
Nothing on this platform should be construed as an opinion that any carrier, broker, shipper, consignee, or other freight entity is safe, unsafe, fit, unfit, qualified, unqualified, or otherwise suitable or unsuitable for any particular purpose.
Independent verification
Users must independently verify all records through official FMCSA systems and underlying source documentation before relying on any record for any decision.
Data accuracy
Public datasets refresh on cycles outside the platform's control. Records may be incomplete, lagging, or contain errors originating in source data. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty.
Permitted use
By accessing the platform, you agree to use the data only for lawful research, underwriting, compliance, due diligence, investigative, journalistic, or litigation-support purposes; not to republish bulk extracts; and not to use the platform to harass, defame, or unlawfully target any person or entity.
Account & downloads
Free accounts may be required to download exports. By creating an account and downloading reports, you accept this Data Use Agreement in full.
